Health Disclaimer
While we do everything possible to ensure the health of our kittens, certain factors such as genetics, diet, and overall care can influence a kitten’s health and may be beyond our control.
We cannot guarantee that your kitten will never experience health issues, but we can assure you that your new family member will be healthy when they leave our care.
Our Guarantee
In the unlikely event that your kitten dies from a genetic problem within the first year of life, or if it is diagnosed with a congenital or hereditary disorder that negatively affects its health, we will replace the kitten with one of equal value at no additional cost.
The cause of death or health issue must be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian.
Nothing makes us happier than knowing we’ve provided you with a happy and healthy Exotic or Domestic Shorthair kitten. To ensure your kitten remains in great health, we kindly ask for your help. Here are a few important steps to follow:
Veterinary Examination:
After receiving your kitten, please send us a copy of the medical examination record within four business days.
The exam must be conducted by a licensed veterinarian.
Vaccination Guidelines:
While your kitten will come with current, age-appropriate vaccinations, we recommend avoiding any additional shots during the first 10 days after arrival.
Continued Health Care:
We will deworm and vaccinate your kitten until the departure date.
However, we encourage you to continue with deworming and routine checkups until your kitten is 16 weeks old (or as recommended by your veterinarian).
Kitten Warranty and Health Check
We cannot guarantee your new kitten’s temperament, conformation, height, weight, color, markings, or breeding ability.
This warranty will be void if your kitten does not receive timely immunizations or regular veterinary care.
Please note that this warranty does not cover the cost of spaying or neutering.
Pre-Delivery Health Check
Before leaving with you, all of our kittens undergo a thorough health check performed by our veterinarian.
The veterinarian completes a Veterinary Health Report, which evaluates the kitten’s condition in the following areas:
Final Health Evaluation
To ensure that the health evaluation is up-to-date, this report is completed close to the date of delivery.
The report is then internally reviewed for any errors or concerns raised by our veterinarian.
Post-Delivery Examination
We also require a licensed veterinarian to inspect your kitten within four days of receiving it.
Kitten Vaccinations and Health Essentials
All of our kittens are up-to-date on their vaccinations. We will provide you with the deadlines for their upcoming shots.
One-Year Genetic Health Guarantee:
Your kitten comes with a one-year genetic health guarantee for added peace of mind.
