However, we cannot offer refunds for non-health-related issues such as dissatisfaction, allergies, or theft.

Should you ever find yourself unable to care for Beeswax, we ask that you return him to us for re-homing—he should never be placed in a rescue facility or shelter. Please note, no refund will be provided in this case, but we will ensure he finds a safe and loving new home.
